Onmy laptop, I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I had no problem downloading the CC app and launching it and using LR and PS. After upgrading to Windows 10, I used the CC cleaner, and was able to download and install the CC app. But, it will not launch. The timer just spins in a circle. Help! . Here is more to the story –.
